My stay included a suite upgrade due to my elite membership, I was also granted evening lounge access. Complimentary cocktails were included and I also received hor d'oeuvres. The staff showed great attentiveness, addressing my requests promptly and courteously. I appreciated the recognition as an elite member, it.
The breakfast service at the restaurant lacked attentiveness. Locating butter took ten minutes.

The breakfast spread had so many options. the pork dishes stood out to me. They were especially delicious. the swimming pool area is fantastic, very relaxing! it's perfect for unwinding.
I stayed on the 15th floor and noticed a blocked fire exit on the corridor. the desk staff were unhelpful. They stated they would send security to investigate. i had to ask for a room on the floor beneath the affected exit.

i found the hotel well-kept with modern design. the staff were consistently helpful and courteous. the room had a comfortable bed and a functional workspace. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options.
The gym equipment could benefit from more frequent maintenance. One treadmill was temporarily out of service.

the hotel features a large infinity pool on the eleventh floor. the pool area includes twenty lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. a dedicated kids' pool is adjacent to the main pool, separated by a safety barrier.

lovely experience!

each person on the staff greeted me warmly . sherosi and aaradhya were consistently available to help. i found the hotel well maintained and quite beautiful. i had a luxurious and nice time there!
i noticed the ac temperature increased overnight. the room started at 21 degrees but increased to 25 degrees in the middle of the night. i told the front desk and they said they would check it.

i enjoyed using the large adult infinity pool. i saw a kids pool next to it and it looked very inviting. the hotel connects directly to the bhartiya city mall and provides convenient access to shopping.

the hotel gave me two liters of drinking water each day in lovely glass bottles. this shows a commitment to avoiding plastic waste which i appreciate. the team at the hotel.

the room had a great view of the surrounding city and a study table was included. i found a sofa and an office chair inside the room. the king-size bed had the most comfortable pillows and i rested very well.
